Warranty period
All product warranties are void if offered for retail sale outside the country where the product was purchased. For clarity, this is not a global or universal warranty. All costs of repairing a product in this condition.
It should be at the expense of the consumer. For the warranty to be valid, you must:
1. Present the original receipt to your retailer.
2. Provide your retailer with a description of the defect.

• The warranty covers only the original owner of the product and does not transfer to any subsequent owner.
• Warranty gives the owner the right to repair the product but not exchange or refund.
• The warranty is not valid in the following conditions: This product has been modified or repaired by a third party not authorized by Forte.
Corrosion or rusting of wheels and chassis due to extreme environmental conditions including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to insufficient maintenance.
Damage caused by improper use or maintenance or due to improper use by the user. In particular, failure to follow these instructions for use as described in this user manual.
This damage occurs as a result of an accident or airline/ship damage.
Natural wear and tear should be expected during daily use of this product.
Fabric may be discolored or damaged due to washing or excessive exposure to direct sunlight.
Damage is the result of excess load (more than the maximum weight allowed for the child and any carried items) on the stroller
